Gah I have been so busy with my life and assignments that I've totally neglected my blog once again. But no worries kids, I should be more free this 3 week YOG break (fuck yeah) and I'd make it a point for me to blog more. You know what, I've not only been busy for a few couple of months, I've also been broke and stressed ttm. So many things to do in so little time and dare I say it, the stupid shoe project has even gotten me obsessed. I'm still staring and observing human behaviour from the shoes they wear everywhere I go! I'm such a stalker I swear.
At the same time, I think I've grown to be more aware and less oblivious to my surroundings. I've also been able to deduce patterns and I don't care if you think I'm weird but I have a feeling all designers are like this. Well, at least us product designers are.
It's 2.34am now and I need to wake up at 5am to have my pre dawn meal because once again, it's the month of Ramadan and it means that us Muslims have to fast. Not really as excited as I was several years ago but still charismatic about this nonetheless. Have been craving for more things since the start of fasting though! Like bubble tea, teh at Arab Street, Takoyaki, sushi, Long John and even corn ice cream. Haha. But guess what? I'm still so fucking broke. Broke with like, a capital B, ughhhh it sucks being poor. And to think that each time I take a bus or mrt I have to actually buy the standard ticket each time because I am still too lazy to replace my lost ez link at JE's station (which is the nearest one to where I'm staying).
Moreover, I have yet to fly down to Eunos to collect my 1 month due cheque and my mum's been pestering me to collect it since forever? Lol.
Life has been treating me pretty good these days, considering I get to go out (of course through tall tales) and have a great time, yet still staying at home for a couple of days to balance my life out. After all, after school starts in 2 weeks time, it'd still be hell even though we're only in for a week of kite workshop till the next 2 months break LOL FUCK YEAH LOVIN' LIFE. But then again, us Defac kids are organizing the kite workshop and I've yet to grasp on my duties as the PR people. Like Wendy said, 'Ah you are definitely a PR'. I don't know if I should treat that as an insult, a stereotypical label or compliment but at least I know someone regards me as something else than a one of 'them'. It's kind of obvious that I'm different and I stand out.
Gna have to pass Keenan's birthday celebration tomorrow at Clarke Quay cos it interferes with my moral and religious beliefs but still, a very happy 18th birthday to you Keenan!
Oh and I'm torrenting Hey Arnold and Rugrats now as we speak HAHAHAHA damn I'm going to have an awesome time once they finish downloading. Meanwhile, I'm already done watching my SYTYCD Season 7 and Hell's Kitchen and still waiting for Season 2 of Glee to start premiering. I can't wait! Charice is going to be a new resident cast and I'm ecstatic to listen to her sing and act because I know it's going to be amazing.
