Doesnt it strike as odd to you that recently, humans have simply nothing better to do ? I mean, they INVENT so many creative and innovative new words as days go by, but whatever for exactly ? Most of them just bloody mean the same thing. Am I right or am I right ? Hmmm.
Like 'cb', cant they just say 'vagina' and be done with it ? But imagine people actually replacing that with 'vagina'. OMFG ! That'd be the most weirdest thing ever. It even sounds wrong, you know ? Example time ! Boy, well this sure is exciting ! ;D

Okay, I know the above example's a bit dim-witted but arent there alternatives to kill yourself ? Seriously. HAHAHA. However, that's not the point. The point is, it would sound really really really weird if 'cb's' replaced with 'vagina'. So there.
My Hypothesis.
Thus, my take on this, 'another word meaning the same thing' uhh thing, was that they only do so because it might actually sound better. It's example time again ! GOD, I LOVE THIS SEGMENT ! *jumps around* :D :D :D
Obfuscated actually means confused and I've always been using this word to replace confused cos obviously, it sounds better. See, this is what hardworking, clever, multi-talented, amazing yet NORMAL people like me get when they follow my own advice, and read the dictionary. *winkswinks* ;D
Oh, and you cant blame people nowadays. They're getting more and more innovative ! And that's a good thing, sometimes.
